Booking a session
If you wish to book a session with myself, you will be required to hire out a dungeon, or a studio with a fully equipped dungeon set. This is important, as I CANNOT accommodate! I will consider a booking confirmation from a dungeon/studio as a session deposit.

I am based in West London, so please be aware that travel expenses will need to be covered in addition to the session. Please take this into consideration when selecting a location. If you are not serious about booking a session with me, then do not contact me and waste my time!

Hoxton Dungeon Suite is a first-class BDSM apartment, just minutes from the City Of London. The suite features well equipped dungeon and punishment rooms, together with bedroom, kitchen and bathroom - everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay. The main dungeon room is fully equipped with furniture from Fetters, including Bondage Chair, Bondage Stool, Ladder Back Chair, St Andrews Cross, Whipping Bench and more furniture coming soon! There is also a wide array of restraints, rubber hoods and bags, medical and corporal punishment toys, toilet boxes and much more. The punishment room features a Pommel Horse, School Desk, more corporal punishment toys and a Cabinet full of surprises for any naughty boys! The Serpent Rooms are located within 10 minutes walking distance of a North London underground station. When you hire the rooms you have full private use of the entire self contained building, which includes three rooms, a reception area with a kitchenette and separate shower and toilet facilities. The main dungeon rooms' equipment includes a restraining table, spanking bench, two metal cages, metal sensory deprivation helmet, leather hanging trap cage, seated suspension harness, 4-point hanging harness, ankle/wrist shackles, back stock, metal restraints, sleep sacks, straight jackets, leather suspension mits, violet wand, and many whips, gags, and other small items. The second room is a matted room with padded walls, suitable for wrestling and many other activities. The third room is still under development but once open will contain a inversion table, cbt/bondage chair and much more. The whole space can be hired by the hour or more. Rates are variable and competitive -email for info.

The South East

The Bar, near Milton Keynes
Located in a quiet village nr Milton Keynes, the brew barn of an old pub, now converted to a spacious and atmospheric dungeon for hire as a playroom or photo set. High vaulted beamed ceiling, large candlabra, log fire, large 4 poster bed with stocks and shackles, cross braced to the wall, throne/bondage seat, cock stock, racks of whips, crops, cuffs, collars, gags, and spreader bars. Custom made spanking/play bench coming soon. Pro studio flash system and camera also available for hire, as are services of a photographer, Domme, Dom and sub if required. There is a separate annex for changing with coffee making facilities if required. This can also be made available for when you have overnight clients so you can take a break and leave them bound up in the dungeon.
Basic rates are £50/hr up to 3 hrs, discounts will be applied for longer bookings, overnight or regular clients . Position of resident Domme also open to discussion.

Fully equiped brighton dungeon, all welcome gay and lesbian friendly play space. Mistress Ivory is on hand to give instruction and assistance for beginners or the more experienced can do as they please.

If you are unable to attend your booked time please inform my receptionist as soon as possible. Hire tribute rate is £30 per hour between 9am 6pm then £40 per hour between 6pm till 9am. minimum of 1 hour no maximum.
